Grounding in Gratitude
45 minutes of a dynamic yoga flow led by Nicole Johnson followed by breathwork and meditation. There will be wellness beverages and snacks provided afterwards to mingle and connect with each other and find gratitude in the community.
Nicole is a 200HR-RYT with over 200 hours of additional education/training, including a certified SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga instructor.
Nicole has been teaching various forms of yoga from power vinyasa flows to restorative yin classes for 8+ years. She has taught for various studios/companies including CorePower Yoga, Y7 Studios, the LIV Method, Sportime Gyms, Buddha Beach Yoga, etc.
Nicole believes yoga is truly for everyone. When approaching her classes, her two objectives are 1) everyone feels safe 2) everyone feels included (modifications are always provided for all abilities/ levels to ensure everyone feels they can participate and benefit from the practice).
As an athlete her entire life and playing collegiate volleyball, she found yoga after a weightlifting injury. Nicole brings an athletic, challenging yet welcoming approach to yoga. She wants everyone to get the opportunity to (re)connect to your body and breath in a mindful, powerful and conscious way. Yoga has changed Nicole’s life in many ways and she is honored by the opportunity to share the transformative benefits of the practice with others.
